| Additional Charges Beyond Service Fees |
Additional costs may include consumption tax, bank-transfer fees, postage for physical delivery, media costs for paper or USB delivery, expedited-service fees, and costs associated with preparing and executing nondisclosure agreements. Any additional charges will be stated in advance in the quotation or by email. |
| Payment Methods |
Bank transfer, credit-card payment, and invoice payment Invoice payment is available mainly for companies, universities, research organizations, government agencies, and similar clients, subject to individual consultation. |
| Payment Timing |
As a general rule, payment is due in advance after the formal order is confirmed and before work begins. For invoice payments, the payment terms agreed individually will apply. Work begins after payment or settlement has been confirmed. |
| Validity Period for Applications |
If a quotation states an expiration date, please place your order within that period. Even if no expiration date is stated, quotation terms may change depending on the data, deadline, workload, number of accepted projects, analytical conditions, and related factors. |
| Service Quantity / Number of Accepted Projects | The number of projects accepted for each service is limited. When demand is high, acceptance may be suspended or clients may be placed on a waiting list. |
| Service and Delivery Timing |
After payment is confirmed, deliverables will be provided by the deadline agreed individually. The specific expected delivery date will be stated in our payment-confirmation email, quotation email, or individual agreement. Delivery timing may change depending on data format, checking of missing values and outliers, response time to additional questions, changes in analytical conditions, and whether physical delivery is requested. |
| Delivery Method |
As a general rule, deliverables are provided by email attachment, cloud sharing, or the specified electronic-data format. Delivery formats such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, CSV, image files, and statistical-software output files are adjusted individually according to the request. Please consult us in advance if you require physical delivery. Additional postage and media costs may apply. |
| Cancellations |
As a general rule, no cancellation fee is charged if the project is canceled before work begins. For cancellations after work has begun, we determine refund eligibility and amount individually after deducting costs for completed work, data review, preprocessing, analysis design, analysis, figure/table creation, report preparation, meetings, and related work. For cancellations after work has begun, as a general guideline the maximum refundable amount is 30% of the amount paid. If a refund is due, it will be transferred to the designated account within 30 days. |
| Returns and Refunds |
Because our services involve customized analysis, aggregation, research, and report preparation based on each client's request, data, research objectives, and analytical objectives, returns and refunds after delivery for reasons attributable to the client are generally not accepted. However, if there is a clear defect, error, or discrepancy from agreed delivery conditions attributable to us, we will review the issue and provide corrections at no charge if contacted within seven days after delivery. |
| Revisions and Corrections |
If a deliverable contains typographical errors, clear calculation or aggregation errors, incorrect figure/table descriptions, or discrepancies from analytical conditions agreed in advance, please contact us within seven days after delivery. We will review the issue and make necessary corrections at no charge where appropriate. Additional fees may apply for changes to the analytical strategy after delivery, reanalysis based on additional data, addition of questions or variables, changes in analytical methods, substantial additions to reports, changes in research plans, or additional work resulting from new instructions from journals, submission destinations, or other third parties. |
| Cooling-Off |
As a general rule, Japan's cooling-off system does not apply to distance sales or contracts made through the internet, email, inquiry forms, or similar means. Cancellations, refunds, and revision support are handled in accordance with this page and the terms of the individual quotation or agreement. |

We do not guarantee any specific analytical result, statistical significance, support for a hypothesis, publication, successful review, acceptance, increased sales, grant approval, policy effect, research outcome, or other specific result. Depending on the data, sample size, missing values, outliers, variable design, survey method, research objectives, and suitability of analytical methods, a planned analysis may not be feasible or the analytical strategy may need to be changed. |
