Quantitative Analysis Support for a Journal Article at Kumamoto Health Science University

　When submitting an academic paper, it is important not only to conduct statistical analyses but also to develop an analysis plan aligned with the research objectives, organize the results, present them with peer review in mind, and prepare clear, readable tables and figures. In this project, we carefully supported the process from quantitative data organization through visualization while considering the overall flow of the paper.

Analytical Support Using Logistic Regression and Other Methods
　In quantitative analysis, to clearly understand the relationships between outcome variables and explanatory variables,logistic regressionand other statistical methods were used in the analysis. We reviewed the research hypotheses and variable structure, considered which analytical methods were appropriate for a journal submission, and organized the results in a complete but concise form.
　For journal submission, simply obtaining numerical results is not sufficient. The analysis should be presented so that readers and reviewers can understand the findings quickly. We therefore organized the results in a form suitable for integration into the manuscript while paying attention to their interpretation.

Table and Graph Creation for Journal Articles
　When communicating analytical results in an academic paper,table creationas well asand graph creationare extremely important. In this project, rather than simply exporting statistical output, we formatted the results for use in a journal article and created visualizations with both readability and explanatory value in mind.
　In the tables, key indicators were arranged clearly so that their relationship to the paper's argument could be understood. Graphs were also designed so that trends in the results could be grasped intuitively, helping communicate the research findings more effectively.

Practical Support with Academic Journal Submission in Mind
　Stat Agent supports not only statistical analysis but alsooutputs suitable for journal submissionare a central focus of our practical support. To allow researchers to concentrate on manuscript writing, we integrate analysis, table creation, and graph creation in a way that contributes to the overall quality of the paper.
　In this project for Kumamoto Health Science University, we supported both quantitative analysis and figure/table preparation as a foundation for appropriately communicating the research findings.
