　When considering the acceptance and long-term settlement of foreign talent, it is important to carefully understand on-the-ground conditions that cannot be fully captured by policies or numerical data alone. In this project, we conducted interviews to understand the background, challenges, and perceptions related to securing foreign talent and promoting settlement, based on the voices of professionals working in medical settings.

Interview Survey of 120 Medical Professionals
　In this survey,120 medical professionals working at the Japanese Red Cross Narita Hospitalwe conducted interviews with the participants to understand their experiences and perceptions in the workplace. Interview research is especially valuable because it can capture concrete perspectives and practical realities that are difficult to identify through questionnaires alone.
　Topics concerning foreign talent require information to be organized from multiple perspectives, including working conditions, living environment, relationships with the local community, and perceptions of the receiving system. It is therefore important to accurately understand participants' narratives and organize them in line with the purpose of the survey.

Support for Understanding Current Conditions Related to Securing and Promoting the Long-Term Settlement of Foreign Talent
　When examining measures to secure foreign talent and promote long-term settlement,understanding actual conditions in the fieldprovides an important foundation. In this project, we provided survey support aimed not merely at conducting interviews, but at carefully understanding conditions and perceptions in medical workplaces.
　Qualitative research is effective for revealing backgrounds and challenges that are difficult to identify from numerical data and can provide a valuable evidence base for future policy and program planning. In this project, we organized participants' statements in a form suitable for practical use.
