In this project, we analyzed nationwide survey data in accordance with the purpose of the research program.
Support for Developing Quality Indicators for Patient-Facing Services by Community Pharmacists
This survey was conducted to developindicators for evaluating the quality of patient-facing services provided by community pharmacists.Community pharmacists perform multifaceted patient-facing services that extend beyond dispensing, including patient communication and medication support. It is therefore important to understand and evaluate the quality of these services appropriately.
In research of this kind, survey design and data analysis are closely interconnected. Organizing information collected nationwide and analyzing it in line with the research objectives are essential for preparing the evidence base required to develop indicators.
Organization and Analysis of Nationwide Survey Data
In nationwide surveys,data organizationandand consistent analytical proceduresare important. In large-scale surveys, accurately implementing the analyses required by the research objectives while monitoring response patterns directly affects the quality of the final deliverables.
In this project, we organized and analyzed survey data collected nationwide in accordance with the direction of the research program and provided practical support so the results could inform subsequent examination.
